What is collected

When you send a brief, Twenty Takes stores the name, email, brand, website, package choice and the notes you type into the form. Nothing else is collected. There are no advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.

Why

Solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to produce and deliver your ad variations. Your details are never sold, rented or added to a marketing list.

Who can see it

Sanju Kumar, and the hosting and database provider that runs this site. Payment details, when payments are taken, are handled entirely by the payment processor — Twenty Takes never sees or stores card numbers.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Records relating to paid work are kept as long as tax rules require.

Your choices

Email sanjukumar@twentytakes.com at any time to get a copy of what is held about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Requests are actioned within 30 days.
